I have always been passionate about helping people to achieve success. After studying psychology and then doing a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology I went on to work in change management where I helped organisations, teams and individuals reach their goals, usually during tough times. I started delivering coaching to support my work and became an NLP Practitioner and qualified coach.
After the birth of my first child I wanted to work more flexibly so we set up Perpetiel Ltd.
I take a holistic approach when coaching combining my psychology knowledge with my consultancy experience to apply the various tools and methods required to help you achieve success – whatever that may be for you!

Jenny Goodhand
I have been working in the Railway Industry since 1997 predominantly within the Signalling Discipline. During this time I have worked in a wide range of roles from Scoping, Design, Testing, Commissioning and Assurance. Through these roles I have acquired technical skills and experience as well as strong Project Management, People Management and Commercial Management skills and experience. I have mainly worked on major projects such as the Victoria Line Upgrade, Jubilee Line Upgrade and now the SSR Upgrade, however I have also worked on much smaller projects. By working across the life cycle of the system and on different sized projects I have learnt a great deal about how to deliver successful Signalling projects.
I joined London Underground Limited as a Graduate Trainee and worked my way up to managing small dynamic teams and through this I have learnt to appreciate every member of the team no matter what their knowledge and skills are, everyone has a role to play.
Over the last few years, I voluntarily organised and delivered lunch line signalling lectures to interested people across the business. These lectures were well attended and went on for a couple of months covering different topics every week. Following this, I was asked to deliver the LU signalling principles course a couple of times. The principles course aims to provide young engineers with the basic signalling principles applicable to all projects and systems. Through this I have been able to give back to the industry the training which young Engineers need.
